Sales Manager – Home Loan

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead and expand our Home Loan business in Ahilyanagar and surrounding regions. This role offers the chance to work closely with renowned home loan products and develop a robust local network.

Key Duties

• Drive generation of Home Loan and Balance Transfer business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, builders, and property dealers.
• Conduct customer meetings effectively to ensure lead conversion.
• Meet predefined monthly targets for sales and disbursal of loans.
• Coordinate seamlessly with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Develop and oversee the local sales network for sustainable business growth.

Desired Qualifications and Traits

• Prior experience in Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), banking, or DSA sales sectors is preferred.
• Possess a strong connection with the local market and established networks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and independent.
• Comfortable engaging in field sales activities.
