Sales Executive

Position Overview

Ameya Engravers is seeking a driven and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to become a part of our field sales team based in Pune. The selected individual will focus on acquiring new clients, promoting the company’s product and service offerings, and fostering strong customer connections. This position suits candidates experienced in B2B field sales and lead generation.

Key Duties

• Drive new business development by conducting field visits and generating leads.
• Engage with prospective clients to present and explain company products and services.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Conduct meetings with clients, respond to inquiries, and finalize sales agreements.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain thorough customer documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Keep informed of industry trends and activities of competitors.

Candidate Profile

• Graduated in any field; Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or marketing roles.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
• Understanding of lead generation methods and B2B sales processes.
• Availability to travel extensively within Pune for sales activities.
• A self-driven, target-focused individual capable of working independently.
