Job Overview
We seek a driven and disciplined inside sales professional to join our team. This role involves guiding prospective students, effectively persuading clients, finalizing enrollments, and maintaining ongoing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise doctors and medical professionals regarding available courses and training opportunities.
- Engage and negotiate with clients to secure admissions.
- Manage all stages of the admission process.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with both potential and enrolled clients.
- Keep accurate records and updates related to leads and admissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams as necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic to good proficiency in English communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Competency in customer service and follow-up management.
- Effective time management and a professional approach.
- Preferred prior experience in counselling or sales.
- Ability to work with national and international clientele.
