About the Role
Tiwari Propmart Realty Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly expanding real estate company in NCR, invites enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to become part of their sales team as Sales Executives. This position welcomes both fresh graduates and experienced candidates, offering robust career growth and leadership opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and assess potential customer leads effectively.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate property options.
- Conduct site visits and showcase properties to clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective buyers through follow-ups.
- Facilitate negotiations and provide client support throughout the sales process.
- Keep customer data updated within the CRM system daily.
- Coordinate documentation and closing procedures with internal teams.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals to drive business growth.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in the real estate market.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate level education.
- Open to freshers; prior experience in real estate sales or related fields such as insurance, banking, automobile, telecom, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
