About the Role
This urgent opening is for a Franchise Associate position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves extensive interaction with dealers, retailers, and potential franchise partners to promote Birla Opus Paints products and services. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong customer connections while actively discovering new business opportunities through routine market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and visit dealers, retailers, and prospective franchise partners to generate leads.
- Promote paint products and services effectively to expand franchise network.
- Maintain enduring relationships with customers to support business growth.
- Perform regular market surveys to pinpoint new opportunities.
- Meet or exceed prescribed sales and lead generation objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on activities and visits made.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or a graduate degree.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must own and be able to use a two-wheeler vehicle.
- Possession of a valid driving license or learner's license is mandatory.
- Comfortable with field sales work and travel within the territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
