Role Overview
PAUL HOSPITALITY PVT. LTD. (PAUL SONS) is hiring an energetic Sales Executive to support business growth in the furniture and hospitality segment. The role suits someone who is polished, confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling customers across multiple channels.

Core Responsibilities
- Receive and assist showroom visitors in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer queries over phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and email.
- Track and follow up on leads coming from IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
- Create quotations in Microsoft Excel and share them with customers.
- Nurture enquiries through timely follow-ups and work toward closing sales.
- Keep customer details updated and support clients after the sale.
- Work with production and dispatch teams to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
- Support exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
- Meet monthly sales goals and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Desired Profile
- Strong communication and persuasive selling ability.
- Comfort using basic computer tools such as Excel, email, WhatsApp, and internet browsing.
- Presentable, confident, and capable of managing customers well.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage, though freshers with the right attitude can also be considered.
- Should be able to collaborate with the team and adapt quickly.
