Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers to ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.
- Meet daily and monthly sales goals.
- Keep product displays attractive, and maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
- Manage billing, packaging, and operate POS/cash transactions efficiently.
- Support inventory processes such as stock replenishment and checks.
- Address customer queries promptly with excellent service.
- Assist with daily store functions, including opening and closing activities.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills.
