Join an Irish-owned company specializing in construction technology as a Sales Executive responsible for leading sales across the East of Ireland. The focus is on selling machine control software that integrates GPS and sensor technology into excavators, greatly enhancing speed and precision for residential housing projects.
Role Details
This role offers full autonomy and flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to plan your workdays remotely. However, significant in-field customer engagement is required, visiting site supervisors and foremen regularly to demonstrate technology benefits, as higher customer interactions correlate directly with increased sales.
Compensation and Benefits
The position includes a base salary between €50,000 and €60,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of €100,000. Additional perks include a company fuel card, phone, laptop, pension plan, and the potential to become a company shareholder through earned merit.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate either extensive experience in a field sales environment with a solid understanding of technology or considerable expertise working within or selling to the construction industry. This experience should be clearly articulated in the application.
