Position Overview
Albidaa Group Of Companies is seeking a driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our esteemed luxury retail showroom in Doha, Qatar. The role demands enthusiasm for high-end brands, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven history of success in luxury sales.
Key Duties
- Greet and interact with clients in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring a bespoke luxury shopping experience.
- Identify customer tastes and deliver tailored recommendations from our exclusive product range.
- Build and sustain long-lasting client relationships through proactive client engagement, follow-up communications, and after-sales care.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and stay updated on current market trends and brand news.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and aligned with brand presentation standards at all times.
- Contribute to inventory oversight, stock management, and effective visual merchandising.
- Address customer feedback promptly and professionally, resolving concerns efficiently.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store marketing events and promotional campaigns.
Required Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- At least three to four years of experience in luxury or high-end retail environments is highly desirable.
- Prior work with internationally renowned luxury brands is essential.
- Proven capability to achieve or surpass sales targets while cultivating meaningful customer connections.
- Professional appearance combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
