Job Overview
The client is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong focus on B2B SaaS sales to fuel global growth, particularly targeting the North American market. This position is predominantly outbound, requiring proactive engagement through cold calling, emails, and social media to develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients. You will contribute individually by handling prospects from various industry sectors, mainly dealing with mid-sized to enterprise organizations.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Generate qualified leads by initiating contact with potential customers via cold outreach channels, including calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple sectors for mid to enterprise-level markets.
- Effectively communicate the company's product offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
- Manage and update CRM systems for tracking sales activities and progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and clearly explain the product benefits and features.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage potential clients successfully.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with a keen passion for sales.
