Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will support day-to-day sales operations by handling quotation comparisons, following up on customer and order-related requirements, maintaining records, and helping coordinate between sales staff and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review quotations and compare them to help support sales decisions.
- Stay in touch with the sales team for inquiries, orders, and customer needs.
- Prepare conveyance sheets for members of the sales team.
- Monitor the whereabouts and movement of sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records and related documentation.
- Work with internal departments to keep sales processes running smoothly.
Candidate Requirements
The candidate should be able to manage sales documentation, coordinate across teams, and handle follow-ups related to quotations, inquiries, and order processing.
