About Qozey
Qozey is an emerging platform in the UAE specialized in the shared accommodation sector, connecting customers with safe and managed rooms, partitions, and bed spaces. Each property listed is verified and managed by real operators, ensuring transparent operations with formal receipts and clear house rules. The platform operates primarily in Dubai and Sharjah.
Role Overview
This position acts as the principal representative of Qozey to property operators, including building owners, managers, and supervisors managing shared accommodations city-wide. The primary responsibility is to recruit these operators onto the platform and ensure their successful integration and ongoing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to building owners, property managers, and brokers in Deira, Al Rigga, and surrounding neighborhoods to introduce Qozey.
- Demonstrate usage of the Qozey website and management system; training will be provided.
- Register property operators on the platform, assist with listing creations, upload property photos, and facilitate account setups.
- Provide ongoing customer support via WhatsApp and telephone, addressing inquiries from both operators and tenants.
- Maintain daily reports detailing visits, signups, and follow-ups, including feedback on market conditions.
Requirements
- Open to candidates from all backgrounds.
- Proficient spoken English skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including comfort with applications, email, and spreadsheets, along with the ability to learn new software systems.
- Prior experience in sales, leasing, or field roles is advantageous; however, motivated fresh candidates with excellent communication capabilities are welcomed.
- Applicants must be based in the UAE with the capacity to commute daily around Deira and able to begin work promptly.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary ranging from 2000 to 2500 AED plus a 10% commission on every operator signed onto the platform.
