About the Role
This position involves providing telephone-based customer support and sales services remotely from your own home. You will assist users of CashManager software by addressing their queries, guiding them towards effective solutions, and performing outbound sales calls to potential and current customers. Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided. Prior accounting experience is not mandatory, but a basic understanding of accounting and comfort with computers is advantageous.
