Job Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Leader in a banking context, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships, assisting with account-related procedures, and promoting a variety of banking products. Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relations effectively.

• Promote banking products including CASA accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and other financial offerings.
• Support daily branch functions to ensure smooth operations.

• Consistently achieve monthly business and service objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and documentation.
• Uphold compliance with bank regulations and policies.
• Collaborate closely with branch operations and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address concerns effectively.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on customer data and business metrics.
