Job description
Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a critical part in enhancing brand presence and generating sales leads through a blend of traditional and digital marketing strategies. The role requires thorough market research, campaign development, and close collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover customer demands, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Design and implement marketing initiatives aimed at lead generation and brand visibility improvement.
- Create captivating content for multiple channels including social media platforms, company website, blogs, and electronic newsletters.
- Regularly update and optimize the organization's own website as well as third-party platforms like IndiaMart and TradeIndia.
- Manage digital promotional activities encompassing SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Liaise with external partners for the development of marketing collateral such as design and print materials.
- Work in tandem with the sales department to synchronize marketing strategies and provide necessary assistance.
- Analyze marketing campaign outcomes, prepare reports on vital indicators, and recommend strategic improvements to supervisors.
- Develop and present effective presentations to highlight product and service benefits to prospective clients.
- Organize, prepare for, and actively engage in trade exhibitions and related industry events to advocate company products and services.
- Undertake additional tasks related to sales and marketing as assigned.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
