직무 설명
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer specialized in knit garment manufacturing to join our team in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the garment sector and a strong understanding of statutory safety regulations along with fire safety management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety and legal statutory requirements related to garment factory operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections across the factory premises and identify potential hazards.
- Organize safety induction programs and awareness training sessions for all employees to promote a culture of safety.
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Proven safety experience within the garment manufacturing industry, especially knitwear.
- Immediate availability to join the role is preferred.
Compensation and Location
Annual salary package ranges from 280000 to 420000 INR.
Work location is in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
