Role Overview
The Remote Project Management (RPM) Engineer's core duties include managing supplier assignment requests, handling e-Quotes efficiently, gathering and organizing supporting documentation, and ensuring timely submission of project materials. In addition, the role involves detailed analysis and monitoring to identify any missing e-quotes, constant communication with relevant stakeholders to follow up on these, and daily updates and reporting to track progress.
Key Responsibilities
The main tasks encompass receiving and processing supplier assignments as requested by customers, preparing e-Quotes in the required formats, collecting attachments and compiling them into ZIP files, submitting all related documents through the designated tool, accurately reviewing specific line items within MSC drivers related to e-quote revisions, analyzing input templates to detect sites lacking e-Quotes, coordinating follow-ups with stakeholders for missing documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records and reports on a daily basis.
