Responsibilities

• Consistently uphold the four core values in daily interactions to foster a positive environment for colleagues and guests.
• Carefully prepare the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, maintaining organization.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and arranging items to perfection.
• Ensure all room fixtures and appliances are functioning properly, reporting maintenance issues promptly.
• Neatly make beds and replenish rooms with essential bathroom and kitchen supplies.

Requirements

• Availability to work during weekends and holidays.
• A cheerful and fun-loving personality.
• Keen observation skills to detect dirt and dust.
• A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.
• Ability to work independently with enthusiasm.
• Enjoyment of routine tasks and being active throughout the day.
• Physical capability to handle lifting, carrying, and pushing heavy items.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
