Responsibilities

• Commence and complete shifts starting and ending at your own driveway, with paid hours counting from van departure to return home.
• Operate independently across diverse locations and weather conditions while staying connected with a supportive team environment.
• Utilize your technical know-how combined with excellent communication skills to deliver a positive and reassuring customer experience.
• Diagnose and resolve roadside vehicle problems promptly, employing technical expertise and calm problem-solving under pressure.

Requirements

• Possess an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent certification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair backed by suitable professional experience.
• Hold a full Category B driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrate adaptability and confidence in using modern technology; training and tools are provided.
• Exhibit flexibility to work varied shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, recognizing that breakdowns are unpredictable.
