Overview
Join Marsh Risk's Commercial team in Auckland, New Zealand as a Risk Advisor. This hybrid role requires a presence in the office at least three days weekly. You'll support Client Executives by delivering comprehensive client services including face-to-face interactions, documentation management, technical aid, and business development. Managing and expanding your SME client portfolio is a key aspect of the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio largely comprising New Zealand-based businesses, aiming to meet growth targets and maintain service standards.
- Prepare all client and insurer documentation accurately and promptly.
- Oversee client renewals adhering to Marsh's "Client First Principles" to ensure excellent service continuity.
- Participate in industry and client events to develop a robust professional network and represent Marsh Risk positively.
- Work closely with Client Executives to understand clients’ business needs, risk profile, and insurance requirements.
- Execute renewal and broking strategies directed by Client Executives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferably over three years’ experience within the insurance sector, ideally broking.
