About the Role
KBR, Inc. is a company committed to innovation and excellence, focused on safely and responsibly improving the world and beyond. We prioritize diversity and collaboration, attracting top talent globally. Currently, we seek to hire a Rigger II for our operations in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Securely attach lifting equipment such as slings, shackles, and hooks.
- Communicate clear and safe signals to crane operators via hand or radio.
- Observe load movements carefully to detect any instability.
- Direct loads during lifting, swinging, and positioning to avoid collision or tipping hazards.
- Adhere strictly to lifting plans, method statements, and toolbox safety talks.
- Immediately halt lifting activities if unsafe conditions are detected.
- Comply with SATORP health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and policies.
- Possess sound knowledge of plant hazardous materials.
- Understand and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications and Experience
- At least six years of experience in oil and gas maintenance.
- Completion of high school education.
- Possession of a valid certification from a recognized third-party certifying agency or an accredited Saudi institution, verifying competencies required for the duties.
