Ride Attendant

Position Overview

We are seeking Ride Attendants to join a prominent entertainment and leisure venue in Dubai, UAE. No previous amusement park or ride experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be delivered to all selected applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist visitors to have a safe and enjoyable experience on rides and attractions.
• Instruct guests on safety protocols, ride procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform checks on height, age, and other ride-specific requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules prior to and during ride operation.
• Monitor ride zones and promptly report any safety or operational issues.
• Manage queue lines and maintain orderly guest flow.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to all guests.
• Keep ride surroundings clean and maintain overall standards.
• Adhere to all safety instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supervisor guidance.
• Provide support to team members during peak times and busy periods.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, energetic demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
• Physical fitness suitable for sustained periods of standing or activity.
• Ability to work outdoors in a high-paced environment.
• Availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
