Role Overview
The Buildings team in New Zealand executes comprehensive projects from conception through operation, focusing on critical infrastructures such as data centres and healthcare. With expertise in multiple engineering disciplines, the team prioritizes user-centered design. As a Revit Designer, you will play a key role in digital delivery by developing technical skills and taking responsibility for preparing and managing building and civil service drawings, delivering digital models and documentation, and collaborating with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage drawings for Civil and Building Services projects.
- Deliver precise digital models and accompanying documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external design partners to ensure project alignment.
- Support digital delivery in building services projects with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a New Zealand Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery techniques for building services.
- Exhibit the ability to apply and maintain quality management systems, coordinate projects effectively, and reduce rework.
- Show strong leadership, including mentoring and technical coaching capabilities.
- Exemplify excellent communication and teamwork skills across multidisciplinary groups.
- Hold a minimum of two years' experience in building services digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring duties.
