Role Overview

As a Revenue Analyst at LearnUpon, you will be instrumental in maintaining precise and scalable revenue processes. Your responsibilities span the full billing lifecycle, credit control, and revenue analytics, supporting a major billing transformation and developing key metric dashboards. This role is key to ensuring the integrity of financial data and assisting leadership in identifying patterns, risks, and growth possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive billing processes covering all stages of the customer lifecycle, including acquisitions, expansions, renewals, downgrades, and cancellations, while managing revenue reporting and analysis for new and expanding revenue streams.
• Support credit control activities to ensure prompt collection of payments, reduce overdue debts, manage aged receivables, and provide reliable cash flow forecasts to leadership.
• Lead the transition to a new billing system, ensuring accuracy during the final legacy system phase and conducting user acceptance testing, data validation, and audits to support automation efforts.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Customer Experience, and Legal to resolve complex billing issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least two years of experience in a finance role, preferably in accounts receivable or credit control.
• Strong analytical capabilities for financial reporting and reconciling data, with a proven ability to manage large data sets accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with confidence in handling disputes and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with accounting software, Salesforce, and basic principles of revenue recognition.
• Experience in driving system improvements, automation, and enhancing operational efficiencies, including the use of AI tools to streamline processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS revenue billing.
• Experience using NetSuite software.
• Open to applicants who meet some, but not all, of the criteria but demonstrate a strong fit for the role.

Additional Information

Work mode: Hybrid, requiring presence in the Dublin office at least three days per week.
