Retail Stockroom Manager

About the Role

Seed Heritage is seeking an experienced Stockroom Manager to oversee and maintain the stock reserves at our Carindale store. This role works closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and overall store performance, ensuring all key performance indicators are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-organised stockroom layout for efficient stock access by store staff to maximise sales on the shop floor.
• Implement and manage systems to control stock loss due to theft, administrative errors, or waste, including managing stock reserves for refills.
• Assist the Store Manager in managing staff rosters to meet budgeted wage percentages while adjusting to trade fluctuations and operational tasks.
• Manage stock administration processes, including preparing and processing documentation for incoming and outgoing stock deliveries.
• Perform daily replenishment of floor stock with attention to styling and detail to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Provide customer service support as needed to assist shoppers.
