New Meena Bazar International Pvt Ltd (Mebaz) is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic sales executives to join their retail team specializing in men's ethnic wear in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves direct customer interaction in a retail setting, focusing on driving sales and maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and assist them in selecting men’s ethnic wear products
• Drive sales through effective communication and customer service skills
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing the brand and fostering customer loyalty
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to meet sales targets and store goals

Candidate Requirements

• Preference for candidates with prior experience in men’s wear or ethnic wear retail
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customers confidently
• A keen interest in sales and a motivated, learning-oriented mindset
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹22,000, depending on experience and skills
• Performance-based incentives from ₹3,000 up to ₹10,000 or more per month
• Potential total earning of ₹32,000+ monthly including incentives
