Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enrich shopping experiences.
- Assist in daily store activities by responding efficiently to customer needs.
- Maintain attractive store presentation standards to boost customer satisfaction.
- Be actively visible to customers, providing personalized help and addressing queries or complaints quickly.
- Ensure continuous replenishment focusing on essential items and fresh food, maintaining stock quality and correct shelf rotation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth store operations including cleanliness and organization.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, report potential hazards, and follow company policies and legal requirements.
