Role Background

The Merchant Services team, focused on Restaurant and Retail Onboarding, serves as Wolt's core engine ensuring partner success through smooth onboarding, menu setup, and photo management. As Wolt grows, this team plays a vital role in scaling onboarding operations effectively.

In this role, you will master key Merchant Services functions, overseeing onboarding and collaboration with cross-functional teams both internally and externally within Germany. You will welcome new partners, ensuring their experience is seamless and well supported for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and ongoing service experiences.
• Inform and guide partners on processes and procedures via forms, emails, and calls, primarily in German.
• Track and monitor onboarding processes using Monday.com and other proprietary Wolt software tools.
• Develop expertise in Wolt’s systems, tools, and operational workflows.

Candidate Profile and Expectations

• Positive mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with enthusiasm for addressing challenges creatively.
• Customer-focused attitude with capacity to work effectively with individuals of diverse technical backgrounds.
• At least one year’s experience in sales, support, or account management roles.
• Capability to establish and meet targets independently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and diverse team settings.
• Comfortable embracing challenges and contributing as a team player.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
