About the Role
Development Careers, a recruitment specialist serving the Development, Property, and Construction sectors across Australia, presents an opportunity to join a well-established national building and development company. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with experience in project or volume home building, looking to contribute in a stable environment with a strong workload pipeline.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Perform comprehensive production estimating and full material take-offs for residential projects, particularly for volume builders constructing 80 or more homes annually.
- Tender and price projects efficiently across various stages of the construction process.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of trade rates, suppliers, and subcontractors within South East Queensland.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Operate independently while collaborating effectively within an estimating team environment.
Compensation and Application Details
