Qualifications and requirements

• Confident news-writing ability, including creating accurate, concise copy quickly when deadlines are tight.
• Working familiarity with multimedia production and publishing tools, including video, audio, photography, and digital platforms.
• A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a similar field, or comparable hands-on experience.
• Sound ethical judgment, close attention to detail, and a commitment to fair and unbiased reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in Rawalpindi, handle several assignments at once, and contribute effectively in a newsroom setting.
• Understanding of local, national, and telecommunications-related topics is considered an added advantage.
