Job description
Role Overview
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Replenishment Operations Specialist based in Levin, Manawatū-Whanganui. You will oversee the smooth execution of process flows in an assigned workstream and ensure all operational activities meet the company's standards. This role involves close collaboration with team leaders and teams across shifts to maintain efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee process flow to guarantee seamless operations for your assigned area.
- Work closely with your Team Leader and team members to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and monitor all routine stock management tasks, ensuring shelves are well stocked and deliveries are managed according to established standards.
- Provide coaching and training to team members, promoting a safe and healthy workplace environment.
- Maintain high store standards including prioritizing shelf-friendly packaging and controlling overstocks.
- Proactively escalate any process-related concerns to the Function Lead for timely resolution.
- Act as the Store Manager during scheduled shifts and actively engage in team collaboration activities such as "Better Together" connections.
Candidate Profile
- Strong commitment to process excellence with a continuous learning mindset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various functions and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of delegating, monitoring, coaching, and motivating teams effectively.
- Expert understanding of compliance requirements within operations coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Behavior aligned with company values and ethics.
- Availability to work at least four weekend shifts monthly and one evening each week.
Working Hours and Roster
- Tuesday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
