About the Role

Zirtual is dedicated to maintaining a healthy work-life balance while providing clients with skilled and experienced remote Executive Assistants. These assistants deliver proactive, efficient, and high-quality support tailored to both personal and professional client needs.

As a key member of the Zirtual team, the Executive Assistant acts as the main contact for assigned clients, operating independently with backing from an Account Supervisor who aids with client relationship management, plan optimization, quality assessment, and continuous coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and arrange intricate calendars and appointments, including scheduling meetings and calls across various time zones, while preemptively resolving conflicts.
  • Manage client inboxes by drafting emails, responding promptly, prioritizing communications, and acting as a conduit between clients and their contacts.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing presentations, reports, document handling, data entry, and coordinating projects and tasks.
  • Organize travel plans by researching and booking flights, accommodations, transportation, preparing detailed itineraries, and adapting to itinerary changes.
