Job Summary
Seeking a dependable and well-organized Remote Personal Assistant based in the Dominican Republic to support our team with various administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will manage multiple responsibilities in a remote setting efficiently and proactively. Preference given to individuals with academic background in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
Key Duties
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and redirect them appropriately.
- Organize calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and arranging event logistics.
- Handle professional email correspondence for incoming and outgoing messages timely and courteously.
- Maintain precise records using Excel or equivalent data management tools.
- Address customer questions, provide correct information, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to various staff and departments as required.
- Assist on projects including research and other assigned tasks.
- Verify credentials and experience of endorsed Virtual Assistants ensuring relevance to Business, Finance, or similar sectors.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in Personal Assistant or Virtual Assistant roles, or similar administrative positions.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English; fluent with no Spanish accent.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace platforms.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and capable of working independently.
