Overview
The Relationship Officer plays a key role in leveraging expertise in local real estate markets to assist clients in purchasing properties that meet their expectations and financial capacity.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support prospective property buyers in securing purchases at optimal prices and favorable terms by assessing their needs and financial capabilities.
- Provide clients with comprehensive advice on current market conditions, property prices, mortgage options, legal requirements, and comparative property valuations.
- Conduct promotional activities including presentations, advertisements, listings, and open houses to generate interest in properties.
- Manage negotiation processes fairly and transparently while consulting clients regarding market trends, pricing, and legalities.
- Accompany clients during property visits and inspections, offering insights on property suitability and value.
- Maintain up-to-date records of available properties, detailing location, size, and key features.
- Develop and cultivate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from first client interaction to closing transactions, ensuring seamless processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to sustain competitive advantage and optimize sales outcomes.
- Execute additional assignments as designated by management that contribute to department and company success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Between 4 and 5 years of property sales experience.
- Proven success record in property sales.
