About the Role
This position offers an on-roll opportunity within the banking sector at HDFC Bank Limited, situated at the main branch in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role of Relationship Manager involves direct interaction with walk-in customers, managing and maintaining customer relationships, and actively participating in the sales process to close leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers visiting the branch and provide appropriate assistance.
- Analyze customer requirements to understand and meet their banking needs.
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Participate in the lead generation and offer process alongside other candidates.

Candidate Profile
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Banking, Finance, or Insurance sectors.
