Job description

Job Overview

This role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, requiring presence in the office at least three days per week, complemented by flexible remote working. As a Relationship Manager within the Share Plans division, you will strategically oversee a portfolio of complex, high-profile clients. Your main focus will be to build lasting relationships, deliver excellent client outcomes, and contribute to the sustained growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust client relationships through proactive engagement, resolving issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
  • Identify, cultivate, and successfully convert upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio to support revenue growth and enhance EBITDA.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful client presentations, commercial analyses, financial models, and reports to provide valuable guidance and trend recognition.
  • Ensure governance and compliance obligations are met while promoting best practices and operational excellence in managing client accounts.
  • Collaborate across various teams to share knowledge, pursue efficiencies, and improve the overall client experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrable success in relationship management and business development with an aptitude for recognizing and capitalizing on commercial growth prospects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the share plans, employee benefits, financial services, or similar regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including competency in costing, commercial proposals, financial modelling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Outstanding communication, influence, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a track record of engaging senior leaders and key decision makers.
  • Effective project and risk management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A degree or equivalent professional experience; an ICSA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office suite.
