Their product suite includes B2B offerings like Penny Less, Penny Drop, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), HR Management Systems, Accounting Software, and AI-powered Financial Analytics. On the consumer side, PayKosh Borrowing offers various loan products such as Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Personal Loans, all designed to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

Secure new business deals and meet designated sales objectives.
Foster and sustain strong relationships with current clients.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
Regularly visit clients to offer appropriate loan options.
Evaluate customer needs and suggest fitting loan products.
Support clients throughout the loan application and approval stages.
Keep detailed records of sales leads, client interactions, and account information.
Follow up promptly to ensure superior customer service.
Maintain a professional representation of the company in all client and prospect dealings.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless loan processing and disbursement.
Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in handling Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or other retail loan products will be considered beneficial.

Eligibility

Applications are open to individuals holding any graduate degree.

Compensation

The salary offered ranges from 250,000 to 450,000 INR annually.
