Role Overview
As a Relationship Executive, your primary focus will be within store locations and open market environments to drive credit card customer acquisition and engagement. This role involves direct interaction with shoppers to promote store-branded or co-branded credit cards and provide comprehensive information on benefits and usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers visiting stores to introduce and promote credit card offerings linked to the store brands or partner co-brands.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of the credit cards, including introductory offers, reward schemes, interest-free tenure, and exclusive financing options tailored to meet customer needs.
- Assist customers in completing applications accurately, whether physical or digital, while ensuring all necessary KYC and income documents are collected and verified securely.
- Strive to meet or surpass individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to contribute to organizational goals.
- Promote additional financial services or upgrade options by evaluating customer purchase behavior and financial requirements, facilitating cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues related to application rejections, and offering post-sales help regarding card utilization and account management.
