About Psicon
Psicon is a dedicated neurodevelopmental service collaborating with various NHS trusts to offer autism and ADHD assessments. Role Overview
We seek a Relationship & Engagement Lead to enhance and support our Associate Clinician Network. Partnering closely with the Clinician Support Team Manager, Head of Associate Clinician Network, and operational staff, this role involves fostering effective clinician connections, boosting engagement, and facilitating the seamless execution of clinical activities across diverse locations and remote operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for associate clinicians, cultivating robust relationships and endorsing a positive network environment.
- Collaborate with the Clinician Support Team Manager and operational teams to ensure smooth clinical workflows for both site-based and remote services.
- Organise regular engagement activities such as virtual meetings, annual evaluations, CPD events, and maintain the clinician resource hub.
- Assist clinicians with operational systems, addressing inquiries and ensuring clear, practical, and timely guidance.
- Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Compliance, clinic coordinators, and booking teams to tackle issues, support complex bookings, and uphold service excellence.
- Track clinician adherence to internal protocols and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to audit processes and help maintain compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory standards concerning equipment, procedures, and documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging clinicians and cross-departmental teams.
- Strong organisational abilities with competency in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver.
- Experience in organising meetings, events, reviews, or network-related tasks.
- Comfortable using IT systems and able to guide others in process adherence.

Work Location and Hours
The position is headquartered in central Canterbury, Kent, without onsite parking availability. Core work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid schedule of two days onsite (Tuesday and Thursday) and three days working from home, totalling a 37.5-hour workweek. New hires must initially work full-time onsite in Canterbury until they reach core competency milestones.
