Role Overview
The Refrigerator Technician position at iecme is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Aurangabad Area. Responsibilities center around monitoring and maintaining refrigeration units and associated equipment to guarantee optimal functionality and proper temperature regulation.
Primary Duties
- Inspect refrigeration units regularly to detect any malfunctions or irregularities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of operational status, temperature logs, and incident reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards in all refrigeration processes.
- Support inventory and storage activities requiring refrigerated conditions.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment performance and concerns.
- Respond swiftly to equipment-related emergencies during regular shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or ability to monitor and operate refrigeration apparatus with basic knowledge of temperature controls and safety protocols.
- High attention to detail for accurate inspections and recordkeeping.
- A technical aptitude or eagerness to learn basic maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems.
- Good communication skills for coordination across departments.
- Consistent adherence to safety guidelines, hygiene procedures, and company policies.
- Dependability in managing time, following schedules, and handling urgent situations.
- Preferably prior experience in facility management, cold storage, or equipment monitoring roles.
- Educational requirement of high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification in refrigeration or maintenance is advantageous.
