About the Role
We are a job placement service provider seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our teams located in Deccan and Akurdi, Pune. This role is exclusively open to female candidates. The position involves managing multiple recruitment-related activities including candidate outreach, shortlisting, interviewing, and counselling. It also requires performing office administrative tasks and generating new leads by providing information to potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and communication with job candidates through calls.
- Shortlist prospective candidates based on set criteria.
- Conduct interviews and provide career counseling to candidates.
- Manage office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Generate leads related to job placement opportunities.
- Provide detailed information and assistance to candidates regarding job openings.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum qualification: graduate or undergraduate.
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or related field is mandatory.
Terms and Conditions
- Work location: Akurdi and Deccan areas, Pune, Maharashtra.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday; Sundays off.
- Office hours: 10 AM to 6 PM.
- Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 per month plus applicable incentives.
