Role Overview

This on-site role, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The Recruiter will source potential candidates through multiple channels, evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate feedback sessions with hiring managers. They will also ensure accurate maintenance of candidate information, prepare job advertisements, and deliver a seamless application experience. Close collaboration with internal teams is key to understanding hiring needs, providing insights on labor market conditions, and recommending effective hiring strategies. Additionally, the Recruiter will engage in networking events and career fairs to cultivate a steady flow of qualified talent.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proven experience running end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders.
• Competency in applicant tracking systems, professional networking sites, and recruitment technologies.
