Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter to join our team remotely in the U.S. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process to secure top engineering and technical talent, delivering an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and devise effective strategies.
- Identify potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Present qualified candidates and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
- Manage communication throughout the recruitment stages and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare and extend job offers, assist with negotiations, and support candidate acceptance.
- Organize background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding for seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain up-to-date recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for future hiring.
- Monitor hiring progress, recruitment metrics, and status of requisitions.
- Identify improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Background in recruiting technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades professionals.
- Proven success filling challenging roles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Able to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Excellent skills in interviewing, communication, and building relationships.
- Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Recruitment background in commissioning engineering, QA/QC, inspections, field engineering, project management, or other technical roles.
- Familiarity with semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of background check processes and onboarding procedures.
- Experience recruiting for travel-intensive or project-based roles.
