About ESS and Role Overview

The role involves recruiting a substantial number of talented substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support personnel to serve ESS clients in a designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize established recruitment techniques to identify, attract, and hire qualified and diverse education professionals.
  • Participate actively in local community and university career fairs, supported financially by the company.
  • Provide candidates with clear, engaging information regarding the company and open positions.
  • Build and maintain networks with colleagues and varied professional groups to source a diverse range of candidates, especially college graduates and certified teachers.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Carry out additional special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain consistent in-person attendance as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least one year of experience in recruitment or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with others.
  • Capacity to manage priorities and juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Aptitude for working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong confidence and capability in public speaking and meeting new individuals.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
