Role Overview

In this position, you will manage end-to-end hiring efforts for a broad mix of corporate, engineering, construction, project management, and technical roles. The job involves working closely with hiring managers, building sourcing plans, screening and interviewing candidates, handling offers, and helping bring in strong talent that supports the company’s continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the recruitment process from initial intake discussions through offer acceptance and support with onboarding coordination.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, define role expectations, and shape effective sourcing plans.

Requirements

  • Experience managing the complete recruitment flow from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
  • Ability to source passive candidates through recruiter tools, job boards, referrals, and similar channels.
