About the Role
JAMS.TV Pty Ltd seeks a part-time receptionist to join their medical office team based in Chatswood, NSW. The position offers flexible scheduling with potential for long-term engagement. It is ideal for individuals with healthcare-related work experience or office administrative skills, especially those proficient in both English and Japanese communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle front desk duties including managing communications, greeting patients, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare emails and documents in both English and Japanese effectively.
- Communicate professionally with doctors, staff, and patients using intermediate to advanced English skills.
- Adhere to workplace policies, demonstrating professional etiquette and manners.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in healthcare settings is highly preferred.
- Administrative or clerical experience is beneficial.
- Candidates must possess intermediate to advanced English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication.
- Ability to create written correspondences in English and Japanese.
- Applicants holding permanent residency, citizenship, student visas, business visas, or working holiday visas are welcome, with preference given to those eligible for long-term employment.
- Willingness to comply with company rules and general workplace decorum.
Additional Information
- Positions are open for multitasking with other job roles.
