Job Overview
Explore Realties is seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable real estate options from our available projects while meeting monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of projects offered by associated developers along with competitor analysis.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate properties from our inventory.
- Maintain punctual and consistent follow-ups in line with client schedules.
- Arrange and maximize site visits or meetings with prospective leads.
- Convert cold leads into active prospects through effective cold calling.
- Develop referrals through existing contacts and clientele.
- Drive revenue generation to meet or exceed monthly business goals.
- Facilitate clients throughout the real estate transaction process in a professional manner.
- Compile and prepare business reports such as Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Respond promptly to product inquiries received via email, phone, or project staff, and utilize social media for lead generation.
- Maintain ongoing verbal and written communication with customers until deals are finalized.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and familiarity with real estate products. Experience in cold calling, lead management, and client engagement is advantageous.
