Job Overview
Prime Assets Realty is seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves driving sales by generating and nurturing leads, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the property buying process with professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads from company sources, referrals, and self-generated efforts.
- Engage potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate real estate projects.
- Organize and lead project presentations and onsite visits for prospects.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential buyers until deals are finalized.
- Achieve set monthly sales and revenue objectives.
- Clearly communicate project details, pricing structures, payment options, and special offers.
- Collaborate with internal departments for booking processes, documentation, and new customer onboarding.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and update the CRM daily.
- Foster lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on current market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
- Uphold exemplary professionalism and customer service throughout the sales journey.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 25000 to 80000 INR based on performance and experience.
