Overview
Efficient Precision and Systems is looking for a talented Quality Control Engineer based in Pune, Maharashtra, to ensure that products meet established manufacturing standards and quality benchmarks. This role involves overseeing quality processes, documentation, and audits to help maintain and improve production excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, components during production, and final products to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain PPAP and ISO documentation, including inspection reports and quality records.
- Carry out internal quality audits to confirm compliance with ISO standards and organizational protocols.
- Use measurement tools effectively to check product dimensions and tolerances.
- Monitor manufacturing workflows to ensure consistent product quality throughout the production process.
- Spot quality issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality-related problems.
- Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of manufacturing quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to and enforce safety regulations alongside quality management systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Age between 23 and 40 years.

- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality control within manufacturing.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range between ₹20,000 and ₹35,000 depending on candidate's skill level and experience.
