About the Role
Madison Pearl is collaborating with a major federal entity in the UAE to recruit a Quality Assurance Specialist. This position is focused on overseeing and ensuring that quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs are rigorously monitored and implemented to guarantee that service delivery aligns with the set benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs to maintain and boost service performance.
- Evaluate operational workflows to detect inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and assist in risk mitigation strategies.
- Execute quality audits, verify conformity with pension regulations and operational guidelines, and suggest necessary corrective measures.
- Handle client grievances by analyzing feedback and contributing to efforts aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Compile quality performance reports, analyze operational patterns, monitor follow-up actions, and promote ongoing improvements throughout various departments.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong communication capabilities.
